1. The client has to place the Job order with us to initialize the process.
2. The job order is confirmed once the payment processs is completed.
3. Refunds are not accepted at any juncture after the placement of order, when the work has been started. However refunds are duly considered if we are at mistake.
4. A verified Paypal Id is a necessity for acceptance of payments.
5. For orders above $1000, 50% payment should be made in advance, while the remaining 50% should be made after work is completed.
6. In an essential cause if cancellation has to be done, it has to be done within 24 hours of order placement.
7. We do not offer unlimited concepts. Number of concepts are based on type of design and price cost. Contact us for more info.
8. Designs / Art work created by Hive designs will be included in our portfolio section within 30 days after the project completion.
9. Hive Designs reserves the right to add / remove designs / Art works from our portfolio without any prior notice.
10. If clients don’t want their Design / Art work to be displayed in our portfolio, an additional fee will be charged.
Also request to remove Designs / Art work from our portfolio section will bear a fee based on the actual design cost. This will change on a client –to –client basis.

11.All Files delivered to the client after project completion will be intact. Incase within 60 days the client gets to lose the files he can request for it free of cost.
Beyond the 60 days period files request will incur a small fee for retriving from our backup. Availabitlity of files cannot be guaranteed.
